  10.    EtCetera is basically a batch language interpreter that adds a new
  11.    element to the Windows environment and allows the automation of
  12.    Windows 3.X applications. Similar in nature to the DOS batch language
  13.    editor, EtCetera lets you write "batch" programs within Windows.

  15.    EtCetera was developed out of necessity by software developer, John
  16.    Cullison, owner of Thetaware. As a technical consultant, John saw the
  17.    need for this program and decided to write EtCetera to help Windows
  18.    users accomplish tasks that could not be done within Windows itself.
